Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, enhance, and support PeopleSoft systems in line with business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Work on PeopleSoft tools such as SQR, PeopleSoft Query, PeopleCode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, and Component Interface.
- Support PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Workflow, Fluid Interface, system configurations, and application customise activities.
- Analyse user requirements, troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective technical solutions.
- Assist in PeopleSoft branding customise, landing page design, interface changes, and system enhancement initiatives where required.
- Support testing, UAT, documentation, deployment, production support, and PeopleTools upgrade-related activities.
- Work with users, functional teams, vendors, and IT teams to ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of PeopleSoft applications....
