Scopely is looking for a People Transformation Senior Manager to join our People Team in Barcelona, working 5 days a week from the hub. What You Will Do Scopely's Self‑Service Product Ownership & Roadmap Management Serve as the business product owner for Scopely's internal self‑service capabilities Define, manage, and continuously evolve the product roadmap in partnership with People, IT, Gen AI, HR Technology, Enterprise Technology, and external vendors Prioritize product enhancements based on employee needs, business impact, stakeholder feedback, adoption data, and technical feasibility Translate People Team and employee experience needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success criteria Manage the ongoing intake, triage, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements and use cases Partner with technical owners, engineers, vendors, and third parties to ensure the product is secure, scalable, accurate, and aligned to enterprise technology standards Own busine...
