People Technology Project Manager (Barcelona)

Experteer Overview

In this role, you drive People Technology initiatives across the business, coordinating with People, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver technology projects and optimize system adoption. You will lead projects from planning to execution, manage releases, and support change management, training, and communications. You will help improve processes and user experiences for employees and managers while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an individual contributor role that values problem-solving, stakeholder management, and independent judgment to support Scopely’s people-focused technology roadmap.
