About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative People Technology Change Analyst / Project Manager (P3) to support and drive People Technology initiatives across the business. This individual‑contributor role will partner closely with People, Finance, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver technology projects, support organizational change management, and optimize adoption of People systems and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support People Technology projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, communication plans, and status reporting for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and successful delivery of People Technology programs.
