**Objective of the position**: To be the strategic arm of the Directorate in the comprehensive management of the Human Resources area, ensuring compliance with key processes: recruitment, compensation, internal communication, and organizational culture, while also promoting efficiency and productivity in all areas of the company through strategic and collaborative human management.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment and selection processes for administrative positions, ensuring the attraction of suitable talent.
- Conduct compensation analysis and keep salary structures updated.
- Implement and follow up on performance review processes.
- Supervise and analyze KPIs for each area, generating reports for the Directorate.
- Maintain effective and assertive communication with employees, fostering positive labor relations.
