We are looking for a People Specialist in Lahore who owns the people-operations engine and the integrity of employee data. Run compensation & benefits computation and core HR processes with accuracy and strong process discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Compute payroll, monthly and quarterly incentives, and loans/advances each cycle.
- Administer the provident fund, enrolments, contribution calculation, records, and withdrawals/settlements.
- Maintain clean, accurate cycle inputs (attendance, NMS, overtime, leave).
