Job Summary
The People Services & Workforce Operations Manager is responsible for leading employee support services and workforce operations to ensure efficient HR servicing, onboarding execution, and manpower deployment. The role supports operational continuity through strong coordination with Recruitment, Operations, and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead People Services and workforce coordination activities
- Manage onboarding, employee records, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate staffing fulfillment and deployment schedules
- Monitor operational KPIs and service‑level performance
- Handle escalated employee and deployment concerns
- Supervise People Services staff and support operational alignment
- Drive service delivery and process improvement initiatives
