People Services Operations Supervisor

Our Clients in Pasig is seeking an HR Shared Services and Fulfillment Supervisor to manage daily HR service delivery and oversee workforce fulfillment activities. This role ensures seamless employee support and efficient manpower deployment across teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR Operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong communication and coordination skills. The position is onsite and follows a Monday to Friday morning shift schedule.
