Overview
Manage external workforce management for SBO Asia as per the respective Service Level Agreements. The role will oversee key people lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, off‑boarding, and contractor management, ensuring all processes are delivered in compliance with defined SLA and operational KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the contracting process from external resource creation to onboarding
- Coordinate the administration of external suppliers
- Coordinate and administer contract end and off‑boarding activities
- Ensure that changes are correctly reflected in all related systems
- Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
- Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
- Provide Level2 support for this sub‑process
