Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 100+ Team Members.
- Bring the WOW and make it easy for our employees so that they can do meaningful and awesome work for our clients.
- Main contact for at least 100 Team Members in production.
- Own overall employee experience (LUNA tickets, Engagement, eNPS, SAT scores, absenteeism).
- Help outlier Team Members complete deliverables related to compliance, learning, performance reviews, etc.
- Drive overall communication and manage MS Teams channels (Internal, stakeholders, team member).
- Drive positive onboard & offboarding Team Member experience.
- Provide assistance & leadership during crisis management for business continuity purposes.
- Ensure policy compliance and showroom standards are practiced at all times....
