Role Overview
The People and Partnership Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the assigned clients and ensuring the quality delivery of Microsourcing services. The P&P AM is the main point of contact of the client in dealing with all Microsourcing Departments and services. P's AM assists clients in setting up their Philippines operations and drives growth within client operations.
Education And/or Work Experience Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree; graduate studies an advantage
- At least 1 year experience managing a team as a lead or supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
