Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and integration for new joiners, including UAE Nationals
- Track UAE Nationalization progress and engagement check-ins
- Maintain people data, trackers, and HR reports
- Help organize recognition, wellbeing, and engagement activities
- Assist with recruitment and organizational chart updates
- Coordinate with store teams, managers, and associates across brands
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and positive energy
- UAE National preferred
- Organized, adaptable, and socially confident
- Open to feedback and eager to learn
- Able to manage multiple priorities
