People Partner: Talent Strategy & People Experience (Hybrid)

Fundación Pasqual Maragall is seeking a People Partner for the BBRC in Barcelona. You will be the primary reference for people management within BBRC teams, reporting to the People Area Director and shaping HR strategies across recruitment, onboarding and development.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in HR within healthcare or research settings, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English.
