People Partner: Performance, Talent & Analytics

Brickstech in Lahore is looking for a People Partner to drive performance management and talent development within the team. You will be responsible for overseeing appraisal cycles, managing employee relations, and analyzing performance data to guide decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a tech environment, and possesses strong skills in handling sensitive conversations and stakeholder management.
