People Partner & HR Business Partner (Onsite, Night Shift)

Ubiquity is seeking a People Partner (HRBP) to provide an enabling business support role. The successful candidate will lead the HR vision and implement solutions aligned to company strategy while developing policies that address people challenges.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience and be ready to work onsite with relocation assistance to Bacolod. Key responsibilities include using data analytics for HR tools and leading projects that enhance employee engagement.
