People Partner (Fixed Term Contract)

Location

Fixed‑term contract providing maternity cover until August 2027. The role is based within a commutable distance of Liverpool or Manchester and will support teams in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle and Whitehaven, travelling regularly between these offices and occasionally visiting other Ridge offices.

Reporting to the Head of People and working with the People Partners and the wider People Advisory team, this senior generalist role acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders across the region.
