About the Role
We are looking for a People Ops Specialist to take full ownership of our employee lifecycle operations and internal support in Spain. In this role, you won't just follow administrative workflows; you will be the main point of contact for our team members, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and top-tier employee experience from day one.
Sitting within the Finance department as part of the People Experience Services area, this position requires a proactive professional with solid expertise in Spanish labor relations, high autonomy, and a problem-solving mindset to manage everything from daily ticketing to complex onboarding and offboarding structures.
