Role Responsibilities:
Global Data Stewardship:

Drive the end-to-end execution of global Workday data transactions, ensuring high-integrity data management across the entire employee lifecycle.
Advanced Analytics & Reporting:

Build complex Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to provide leadership with actionable, data-driven insights.
Operational Governance:

Act as the team’s Quality Auditor. Develop and maintain rigorous audit frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance.
