Oversee HR administration operations supporting 3 manufacturing plants with frontline employees working in shift schedules and under summarized working time accounting. Drive cross-regional projects focused on implementing global HR platforms and systems, automating HR services, and integrating electronic document workflow solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
