People Operations SpecialistWe have an opportunity for a hybrid (2 days/week) People Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team located in Mexico City, reporting to the Manager of People Operations.
In this pivotal role, you will provide HR support for the U.S. and EMEA regions, managing Tier 1 HR, benefits, and absence inquiries.
You will play a key role in delivering efficient employee services through ticket management, process documentation, and support of knowledge center development.
