People Operations Specialist: Workday & Onboarding

Aprio PH is seeking a People Operations Coordinator in Makati to manage HRIS workflows, onboarding, and data integrity across Workday and related systems. You will collaborate with IT and HR leadership to ensure accurate employee records and compliant processes.

You will handle onboarding for onshore and offshore staff via Lever-to-Workday, manage tickets with SolarWinds, and support system projects and audits to keep data clean and up-to-date.
