People Operations & Payroll Specialist

EPOS, backed by Ant International, is expanding its Southeast Asia operations with a hands-on HR professional to support talent operations and HR/office administration as we scale our Indonesia business. You will manage recruitment coordination, vendor partnerships, payroll support, and day-to-day HR tasks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR operations, payroll experience, and experience with external agencies or high-volume hiring.
