Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Psychology or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Recognition is given to prior learning and practical experience.
Experience
Required:
- 1–3 years HR generalist experience.
- Previous HR administration/generalist experience.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR reporting.
- Knowledge of relevant labour legislation (e.g., BCEA, LRA, EEA).
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing‑related legislation. <...
