Job Scope: The People Operations Lead oversees HR operations with a strong focus on labor law compliance, payroll, personnel administration, and people management. This role ensures accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance, manages employee records and lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, benefits, leave), and supports employees relations, company code of conduct compliance, responding to employees inquiries, and workplace culture. The position also ensures HR policy compliance and drives operational efficiency across people functions.
