**Job Summary**:
The People Operations Generalist will be a conceptual thinker with strong organizational and conflict management skills who will run the daily functions of the People Operations department.
By having excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills this person will be able to multitask and adapt in a very fast-paced environment.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Support company-wide information meetings such as new hire orientation, open enrollments, and meetings to announce or discuss changes, benefits plans or broad company-backed social initiatives
- Manage office administration for Mexico City.
Including direct communication with Payroll teams to coordinate monthly office payments and serving as the main point of contact for Premise at Mexico.
