Role Mission
The People Operations Expert EMEA will support the compliance, and people operations across Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK and Romania. This role oversees employee lifecycle administration, payroll operations, employment documentation, and HR compliance while providing an exceptional employee experience. Acting as the main point of contact for payroll-related matters, the role supports employees, manages operational processes, and drives consistency across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end People Operations processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, hr administration) across EMEA.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll questions and support.
Report monthly payroll inputs to the payroll provider and review, validate payroll outputs for each country and ensure coordination with Finance team.
