People Operations Coordinator: Onboarding & Workforce

Link-Worldwide in Linares, Nuevo León is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to oversee workforce management, including tracking attendance, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or workforce administration and be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
