We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the studio—balancing day-to-day workplace management with vital administrative support and culture‑building initiatives to keep our studio running smoothly and our team thriving.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily workplace operations, acting as the primary point of contact for building management, maintenance requests, and general studio tidiness and upkeep.
• Participate in the Occupational Health & Safety committee and lead safety initiatives, checks, and reporting.
• Source and oversee external vendors for onsite needs (i.e., tradespersons and security), working closely with studio admin as needed.
