The People Experience & Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing best-in-class employee experience across the Employee Lifecycle (hire to retire) . As a key member of our People Experience & Operations team, the role holder will play a pivotal role in driving on ground employee processes ( with clear KPIs and service levels) .Role is pivotal in supporting India BU agenda of digitization and seamless employee experience through identified priorities for the People Experience & Operations vertical that will support HRBP leads in HQ Functions & Beverages
