Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimise all core HR Operations processes, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Develop and execute the People strategy to support company growth from 150 to 500+ employees
- Build/implement scalable HR processes, systems, and automations
- Lead company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, equity programs, learning & development, and leadership enablement
- Act as a trusted People Partner to managers on performance, development, and employee relations
- Drive employee engagement, internal communication, and company culture across the organisation
- Collaborate with other departments to define staffing needs and ensure efficient hiring processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across all locations
