Our People Experience team delivers people advisory services across four markets. We have more than 1000 leaders across 250 hotels who use our self-service tools and support services. While we aim to empower our leaders to solve cases on their own, the most complex and high-risk cases make their way to us for hands-on support.
As our **People Manager & Country Lead for Norway**, you will be our resident authority on Norwegian labor law, union relationships, and leadership advisory. Your mission is to ensure that Strawberry remains a responsible and compliant employer while providing the expert guidance our leaders need to navigate the complexities of the working environment.
