People & Growth Leader for Scale-Up

BLP Digital AG in Zurich is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and optimize all core HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of HR experience, particularly in fast-growing startups or tech companies, and will play a key role in scaling from 150 to 500+ employees.

Ownership of the People function and the ability to act as a trusted partner to management are essential for this position.
