People Experience Operations Analyst - HR, Data & Compliance

Pfizer is seeking a People Experience Operations Analyst in a hybrid role focused on HR operations across the NOLA region with emphasis on Colombia and Ecuador. You will partner with PX and GBS teams to manage policy, audits, payroll knowledge, and Workday data operations.
