People Experience Lead
Reporting to: Chief People Officer
The role
As our People Experience Lead, you will help shape how work happens at Paymentology. You will design, implement and continuously improve the frameworks, experiences, and insights that support performance, progression, engagement, and retention across the business.
You will work closely with senior leaders, People Partners, People Operations, Total Rewards and other cross‑functional teams to turn employee feedback and organisational insight into meaningful action and outcomes.
This role combines strategic thinking with practical execution. We are looking for someone who can build from first principles, improve how we operate at scale, and leverage technology and AI‑enabled solutions to create better, simpler, and more scalable people experiences.
