Responsibilities
- Ensure service level agreements and obligations are met.
- Drive standardization and simplification of processes as co‑owner of SOP development.
- Provide input for training materials and ensure SOPs comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze and report on exceptions, and recommend process improvements.
- Lead the continuous improvement process for the team.
- Assist with knowledge portal navigation and policy interpretation.
- Continuously improve the knowledge base to increase usage and employee experience.
- Participate in organization and Education & Training Pillars.
- Manage time file submission for payroll and attendance governance.
- Align policies and processes across locations; support people leads with reorganizations.
