Responsibilities

  • Ensure service level agreements and obligations are met.
  • Drive standardization and simplification of processes as co‑owner of SOP development.
  • Provide input for training materials and ensure SOPs comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Analyze and report on exceptions, and recommend process improvements.
  • Lead the continuous improvement process for the team.
  • Assist with knowledge portal navigation and policy interpretation.
  • Continuously improve the knowledge base to increase usage and employee experience.
  • Participate in organization and Education & Training Pillars.
  • Manage time file submission for payroll and attendance governance.
  • Align policies and processes across locations; support people leads with reorganizations.
