People Development Partner (Madrid)

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic People Development Partner (or employee experience partner) to oversee and enhance the employee lifecycle experience while driving learning and development initiatives. This role will focus on onboarding, integration, training, and offboarding, ensuring employees and managers are supported throughout their journey at Swapcard.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs and sessions.
  • Manage onboarding-related documentation.
  • Oversee probation period check‑ins and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
  • Lead offboarding programs, conduct exit interviews, and report on key trends.
  • Support the People Operations Manager with onboarding and offboarding administration.
