The People & Culture Specialist supports the P&C Manager in partnering with leadership teams and employees to deliver the bank’s corporate strategy. This role ensures consistent, high-quality HR services across the Customer Division - the largest business unit, representing approximately 70% of the workforce - by facilitating operational requirements and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, compliance, and organisational performance.
This role is based on-site at our Collingwood head office, five days per week.
