The Role
Within this role you will be responsible for:
Providing general administration support to the People & Culture team.Managing and responding to general enquiries in a shared P&C inbox.Assisting with reducing the backlog of enquiries.Coordinating meetings & interviews.Managing the P&C calendar for team activitiesSupporting with on boarding, off boarding and employee life cycle administration.Preparing employee documentation and maintaining HR records.Assisting with ad hoc administrative support across P&C projects and day-to-day operational priorities.Your Profile
