We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a People Central Advisor, reporting to the Senior Manager People Central.
A bit about your role
As a People Central Advisor, you will be a trusted first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing timely, accurate and practical advice across a broad range of HR matters aligned to nbn’s policies, systems and processes. You will operate in a fast‑paced, high‑volume and complex environment, where you are required to think on your feet, apply sound judgement, and deliver clear, structured and well‑reasoned guidance.
This is a hands‑on role that balances advisory with HRIS (Workday) processing. You will confidently navigate and action system transactions in real time, while managing a steady flow of employee and leader enquiries.
