As a Regional People Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that enable business growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce sustainability across the region. You will partner closely with leaders to build high‑performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, develop and retain talent, and create a positive employee experience.

This role combines strategic business partnering with hands‑on HR leadership, encompassing talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, culture, engagement, and HR governance. You will play a key role in designing scalable people frameworks, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and ensuring HR practices support the organization's long‑term business objectives.
