Job Summary
The People Business Partner (PBP) is a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people practices with operational goals to drive organizational effectiveness. Embedded in a matrix structure, this role serves as the primary People partner for assigned business units, translating business strategy into actionable people initiatives.
