- Act as the main P&O partner for Team Leads and senior stakeholders across your assigned business areas, advising on people strategy, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders to understand their business priorities and translate them into clear, practical P&O recommendations.
