Job Description
The People and Partnership Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the assigned clients and ensuring the quality delivery of the Microsourcing services. The P&P AM is the main point of contact of the client in dealing with all Microsourcing Departments and services. The role assists clients in setting up their Philippines operation and drives growth in the client operation.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree; graduate studies will be an advantage
- At least 1 year experience in managing a team as a lead or supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
