People and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a People & Operations Analyst for a temporary replacement under a 2.5-month fixed-term contract, working in a hybrid model based out of Medellín, Colombia (requiring 1 day a week in the office).

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the fluidity of our administrative processes, documenting, organizing, and executing critical tasks that keep the team focused and aligned. We are a Custom App Development company with a deeply collaborative culture oriented toward the well‑being of our team.
