Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a similar HR/People role, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Professional HR certification, such as Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices.
