While each role supports a different client group, both offer the opportunity to influence organisational outcomes, partner with senior leaders and help shape the future capability of a complex, multi-site workforce. One opportunity will see you partnering with a diverse operational portfolio, reporting to the Head of People Partnering and working strategically with senior operational stakeholders to strengthen leadership capability, workforce performance and employee engagement across geographically dispersed teams.
