We are looking for an Analyst to join our People & Culture team and support data-driven People initiatives that enhance overall experience and talent management.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires receive the necessary information and resources while creating an engaging experience.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training.
- Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up conversations to identify initial insights, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements.
- Policy Compliance and Documentation:
- Coordinate documentation process and compliance with internal policies with the People Operations Specialist.
