THE ROLE
As a People Analytics & Total Rewards Intern, you will support global initiatives across People Analytics and Total Rewards This role is based in our Amsterdam headquarters and offers hands-on exposure to data-driven HR decision making, reward agenda and analytics, and HR systems.
You will work closely with the Global HRIS / People Analytics and Total Rewards teams, contributing to key projects, analytics, research and process improvements.
Your responsibilities would be summarized around the following pillars:
People Analytics & HR Data
Maintain and enhance recurring HR dashboards and reports (e.g. headcount, attrition, organizational metrics)
Support ad hoc analysis to inform workforce decisions and leadership discussions
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, standardization, and automation
