People Analytics & HR Data Specialist

Link-Worldwide in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, Estado de México, is looking for an Entry-level HRIS Analyst to support the People Team. In this role, you will handle HR data reporting, maintain system documentation, and support continuous improvements in HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors. You should have strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and participate in training HR system users, ensuring high data quality. Proficiency in ServiceNOW and MS Office is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of HRIS experience.
