People Analyst
Under the general direction of the Manager, Reporting & Insights, the People Analyst provides a broad range of support for specialized reporting and data automation initiatives that impact HR practices and policies across the University. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating a wide range of complex reporting and data requests from stakeholders across the University.
- Assisting with ad hoc requests for HR reports by querying and combining data from disparate sources, including SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
- Maintaining and updating the Division's data and reporting products.
- Developing business intelligence dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau from various HR data sources.
- Automating workflows using tools such as Power Automate.
